"I previously had insurance coverage from a different agency for eleven years. We had six vehicles, our home, and rental property insured. Unfortunately the premiums continued to increase often. Also customer service lacked knowledge and professionalism. My son also was not happy with his insurance company and also chose to seek another. He ultimately chose State Farm and was given great prices and service. He recommended I switch our coverage to them. I did. I dealt with Monica Edwards who was very kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I trust I will not be disappointed in my decision to change."
